Full disclosure, he wasn't any help either. If you must use this location, avoid Jason the Service Advisor and Larry the Service Director and work directly with the GM. When is acceptable to tell a customer that you are not going to do send your vehicle to the same shop and then do it without informing the customer (all via email)? This dealership appears to be managed and executed by a good ole boy network (including sub contractors) that believes it is well adversed at pivoiting liability to the customer or that people will go away if you shift blame to their sub contractors. I was literally told I should not worry about that because the owner of the shop was sorry. Thank the heavans I took pictures in their parking lot! Missing items that still have not been returned, they could not get all of the white paint off of my seats, or out of the brand new bed liner. I also learned that the owner of the detail shop believes it is acceptable to drive customers vehicles to run errands, they actually left their bank deposit slips in my truck. 2 weeks later the truck comes back with thousands of micro dents and damage to multiple areas all over the truck. After white paint was sprayed all over the interior red/black leather seats and it was returned with more damage, I was told by the Service Director that they would not send it back to the same shop. Since purchasing from this this dealership, my truck has had to be returned to them for poor workmanship, improper applications, and missing items resulting in this dealership having my new truck for over 2 months. BUYER BEWARE: Purchased a brand new 2019 Ram Rebel from this business before COVID.

Update: No phone calls have been returned, myself and a few others that have made contact with will be reporting to Colorado Attorney General and the BBB. Update: This establishment is continuing to cheat and steal from its customers. AutoNation offered $22k for our car, wanted us to pay $1,900 in repairs, and we just bought it 2 months ago for $26k. Max Auto in Englewood has been fantastic and I will go to them in the future for all of my vehicle needs. I have never dealt with such a greasy, lying, scamming dealership before. The best part? Max Auto, the repair shop I would recommend all day, called me after I dropped my car off to them and told me we don't need our brake pads replaced at all! I'll attach some photos as proof. In total, we would have been paying over DOUBLE what we should have been paying. Second of all, our tune-up was quoted at $500. First of all, we were quoted $230 for the rear brake pads. We brought the car home and I called a repair shop down the street from us. This included brake fluid, intake cleaning, front and rear differential fluid, and transfer case fluid. While there, they also suggested the 90k mile tune-up. We were told the rear brake pads needed to be replaced IMMEDIATELY and they had less than 3mm left on them. While we just bought it a few months ago, we did drive across the country and the brakes were squealing. We scheduled our 2019 Jeep Cherokee to get the brake pads replaced. Wow, I've dealt with greasy dealerships before but never this bad.
